Google Bad Review 1: I am really disappointed with the manager Ruben, my girlfriend and I were buying a bike, it was the only one left in store. When we arrived at the till my girlfriend and I realized that the bike was damaged ( we understood why it was the only one left in store ). We tried to speak with the manager asking if it was possible to order another one but unfortunately it was out of stock every where. We asked if it was possible to have a discount but we can see on his face that it wasn’t happy about that, he was quite annoyed and first he said no that it wasn’t possible. After explained to him and showed to him where the bike was damaged he offered us £5 discount just because it was too hard for him helping us to find a better solution. The price of the bike was around £200. I hope that other manages in other store can offer a better customer service and a discount more than 2.5%

The bike guy has not even once made eye contact or said sorry for the wait. All I want to do is buy a bike and leave the shop!
