Google Bad Review 1: I’m a hairdresser from North London. I just had to do a colour correction on one of your clients who is my mums carer.
She came in to your salon for a basic T-Section (foils) and left with orange streaks. She showed me a picture and quite frankly I was shocked. Not only at the state of her hair but how she was treated throughout the whole duration she was telling me. A truly horrendous customer service experience and giving hairdressers a bad name.

Google Bad Review (2): I had gone there first time today morning seeing good google reviews … the parlour was avg on hygiene … the roller hair brush was full of hairs and I refused I would want it (the lady was going to use it) then she sanitised it and tried to take out hair ) For the cutting it was average I had to tell her that the picture I had shown you have outcurls (they were charging me for styling) . I am not happy on the hair cut it was average and for the charges they have I think much better service is needed.I am never going to go there I really miss my old hair stylist – she left her parlour else I would have not experimented.Feeling very bad today
