Google Bad Review 1: What an absolute disaster from start to finish!! My family and I were made to feel like outcasts at such a difficult time during my Grandmother's passing. Disorganised, chaotic, extremely rude members of staff. Do NOT use the service if you want an easy, smooth funeral process.

Google Bad Review (2): Absolutely dreadful experience from start to finish. These people are rude and insensitive. Their professionalism and communication was appalling! They failed to keep me properly informed, chopped and changed dates and failed to keep me updated on the date and collection of my loved one. They kept demanding payment before her body was even brought to them and when we got there I was badgered every five minutes about when I was coming to the office to make payment!! They rushed the viewing of the deceased and initially told us family could see her after the salah then changed their minds so some of the family couldn't even see her!!!! They were sooooo impatient it was unbelievable- so ugh so that my mother and children had to do the viewing and our Duas in the corridor and not the privacy of a room!! Abu or Abdul the manager is incredibly rude and insensitive and would never take liability for their mistakes. They say they have been running for 50 odd years but it’s as if they have been open for 3 months. I would NEVER deal with these people again- their service is terrible!! One man (who wasn’t introduced ) started shouting and becoming aggressive telling me to shut my mouth when I expressed my concerns. These people were horrid and made the experience a nightmare!! Do not rely on their 10 odd reviews on Google!! Please do your research and find another directors that can be fully vouched for. This organisation is a shambles and their Islamic etiquette were a disgrace. They lacked empathy, sympathy and basic manners. I total disappointment. Do not take the risk and put yourself through the torment that I experienced. A death is far too sensitive and delicate to be dealing with these heartless people. May Allah correct this dreadful service and enable this organisation to fear Him and do a proper job. Their only concern was money and not the proper treatment of the deceased or our family.
