Google Bad Review 1: Unfortunately there after sales are terrible had 2 sofas delivered 2 weeks ago , one sofa had a small tear on one of the back cushions , sent photo on same day as delivery and have since sent numerous emails but not getting any answers.

Google Bad Review (2): No communication whatsoever. Was told our sofas would be delivered on 3 separate dates, when the days came, no items & no phone call, email or text to let us know. Hubby had to call them numerous times as customer service wouldn't always answer. Ordered beginning of July & received on 7th August. With that in mind we were told that the items we had ordered they didn't have so had to take a different colour, how could this be when our order was placed over a month ago? We only accepted as we had no furniture to sit on.
100% would not recommend buying from this company
