Google Bad Review 1: Quite possibly the worst delivery and assembly service ever. Paid for assembly only for delivery and assembly guys to point blank refuse to take the bed upstairs after one poor attempt.
Repeatedly told us even double beds wouldn’t get up our stairs, we have 3 double beds on the 1st and 2nd floor in our house.
One their one and only attempt they damaged our bannister.
Proceeded to take photos of the delivery telling us to contact dreams to collect the bed as we will have to return it. The website states we would not be able to exchange our bed.
Our 7th bed from dreams and we’ve never had such issues.

Google Bad Review (2): Whilst the manager of this store has been exemplary his authority is sadly limited. The customer service is absolutely diabolical. Having waited months for a bed base which had been paid in full we had to take a whole day off work waiting for delivery. On arrival the parts were wrong and the bed could not be assembled. The replacement bed they sent was damaged. Having spent £3500 with this company we have been offered a paltry £180 compensation. Shame on you in such difficult times
