Google Bad Review (2): Staff took over 3 months to come back to me on a kitchen project. So I was left having to find a new one supplier midway through a project. They didn’t care to understand this either. Just acted like I should just find someone else to help after their incompetence. Avoid this store at all costs. Terribly ran.
Update March 2022. In any other country and Poliform, you get good service. Have had several encounters with staff which were both positive and negative. However Asta, the store manager has been a pleasure to work with and has really helped me out after a weird first experience with Poliform. She’s been extremely helpful.
