Google Bad Review 1: Made an appointment online to fix an ipad pro at the Bluewater store having been advised online that the part was in the warehouse. Arrived to be told by the member of staff that I had specified the wrong device. Showed him the email from ismash confirming ipad pro. Eventually told me that the part was not in the shop and my 25 minute journey had been wasted. Said he would order and phone me about three days later. 10 days later still not heard so emailed customer service. Poor and loose response. Emailed again and told that Bluewater would call me. Eight days later and guess what no call. Phoned customer service and disinterested girl didn't help. Asked for next level of complaint – I have to email the same person and they will escalate. Don't think I will bother – if this is the kind of response before ismash get my money then what will it be like after service?

Google Bad Review (2): I'm not being funny. I paid around 70 quid to get my sister's iPhone 5s screen sorted. On monday. It's friday. She dropped it on carpet. About 3 feet. It's broken. I don't know but I'm pretty sure they are using a cheap replacement to make profit on their service. Really pissed off. 70 quid does a families food shopping for a week.
