Google Bad Review 1: Unfortunately it wasn't the best experience, but it was cheap. The massage I had did not feel relaxing at all; it felt rushed. One of the therapists also started going hard on a knot by thumping it. The room was cold and it wasn't all that cleanly either. They also lathered oil on. It would have been nice to have a rug on the floor when you get off the bed as the floor was sticky with oil spillage. I'm so sad to be negative as I fully support local businesses and the staff were lovely – just the service need to improve. Lastly, the towel provided to cover myself was damp and cold and the zen music kept spewing adverts every so often that totally did the opposite to relaxing. Kaneya, I'm sorry it's not a good review. It's not coming from a place of hate, but I was disappointed in the service. I hope this review will help you improve.
