Google Bad Review 1: Do not recommend.
Came with my border collie that had a nail problem for over 10 days without healing itself. The vet barely examined him, didn't find the nail problem at the first time, I had to tell her which nail was it. After finding she didn't look through to see what was the problem or even cut the hair around to take a better look at the injury, she prescribed what I was told to be antibiotics and pain killers for 5 days with no treatment to the injured nail itself. This consultation cost me £120 for 10min consultation and a few tablets of medicine. My dog didn't improve after this consultation and I decided to look for another vet. For my surprise the new vet told me I was given two different antibiotics and no pain killer. And was also surprised the nail was not examined and treated. His nail was in such a bad shape it had to be completely removed. I'm never returning to Vets4Pets. They have not only a bad service but also charge ridiculous amounts of money. Any other proper practice doesn't charge that much and are much better and more transparents with your dogs treatment.

Google Bad Review (2): Don't recommend. My 2 month kitten was having diarrhea 8 times a day. At the first appointment with Charlton Vets4Pets the vet said my kitten was healthy and did not apply any treatment. Two days later my kitten got serious dehydrated and had to have IV fluids and in hospital for 12 hours. They did not do feces tests to find out the real problem but only gave him 10 days antibiotics (for a 2 month kitten?) and sold me twice of Probiotic pastes also sold me a collar which was not even my kitten's size. I brought my kittens feces 3 times to them for test but they said it was not necessary and took longtime to get the result. 3 weeks treatment with them my kitten was still sick and having diarrhea without knowing what was the problem of my kitten. I had to change to another animal clinic they tested the feces immediately and the result got back in one working day and my kitten was having 3 types of parasites. He was cured immediately after the deworming pill. If Charlton Vets 4 pets had tested the feces and deworm my kitten earlier and he would not have diarrhea for 3 weeks which almost put his life to high risk. I think Charlton vets4pets their vets are very young without experience. I don't recommend.
