Urgent appointment requested when i arrived made me wait an hour when i picked up my animal another hour wait. Thank God i didnt opt for surgery. Second opinion cost me less than a quarter of the price no wait just professional service. Avoid if you can

Google Bad Review (2): Sandra, the lead vet, has no duty of care to animals or empathy towards owners, she is only interested in payment. Sandra has lied and strung us along while pretending to care for our pet, pretending that she was waiting on results when in fact no test where ever sent off, which was later admitted by her but with aggression and no apology. Unhygienic, multiple times coming to reception with bloody hands and clothes. Would not recommend this branch of medivet to any responsible pet owner
