Google Bad Review (2): Walked in, waited at the counter for 15 mins to order 300m of swa cable amongst other things. Although, there were 6 staff members present with 2, on their personal mobiles and a further 2 staff walking past me I unfortunately didn't get served. Shame, this the 3rd time this has happened here, it seems the Dagenham store is really letting the company down, will stick to accord or tlc in future
