Google Bad Review 1: Sadly have to agree with another review which said this place is style over substance after my visit on 6/6/2021. They have no reason to run on reduced menu when indoor trading is already opened since May. The only good thing about the place is it looks swanky. Hummus flat bread and croissant taste like they sourced it straight from the nearest Tesco, which I am highly confident that might be the case. The coffee taste mediocre at best. On top of that, this company even have the audacity to put 12.5% service charge onto the bill WITHOUT disclosing that it's optional, which made a bill of 2 coffees and 2 food items become ~£2 more expensive for an unjustifiable reason – the service is poor, staffs didn't bother to ask how we felt about everything and once we're done we had to ask for their attention so they'd clear the table. I might have to report this to the Trading Standards authority for a terrible trading practice for such poor performance. Do yourself a favour and don't bother to come here. Those reviews were right, they're ONLY Instagrammable.

Google Bad Review (2): Coffee is ok. Luke warm. Music is too loud. Can't hear my own thoughts and staff claims they cannot turn the volume down. Grind is not the place to start your morning. Went to Cafe Nero instead
