Google Bad Review 1: Shocking service by “front of staff” – they ignore any special requests for accessible tables even when requested and agreed multiple times, and the lady on the phone and who “greets” you is insanely rude. Shouldnt be working in her kind of role at all.
“Special” burger was same price as a regular burger but comes without chips, so bit of a rip off. Wont be visiting again.

Google Bad Review (2): Catching up with the girls. The ambience was really lovely. Can't fault it.
Table was very sticky so had to be wiped down again.
The service was very inadequate.
The food was also inadequate. How can you get chips wrong? All four of us were not impressed. Fresh chips were sent to us which were hot and not as dry, crispy and cold like the first batch. My steak wasn't anything special and was dry in parts and tasteless. The Aperol Spritz cocktails were just filled with ice so you couldn't taste the alcohol. Total waste of money.
Would I recommend this place….Personally, NO. I like eating out but £50 per person was not good enough for what we had. Needless to say, we refused to pay the service charge. I was rather upset and left deflated tbh.
