Die Zimmer sind DRECKIG!!! Haben am selben Abend noch ein anderes Hotel gebucht und sind wieder ausgezogen!

Google Bad Review (2): Worst hotel in London! There is no air conditioning, and no lifts. Also, the bathrooms were old and dirty looking, and the wallpaper torn. Towels and bedsheets looked worn. The worst thing about the hotel is the lack of security… the main entrance is open and and random person can stroll into the hotel and corridors were the rooms are. The receptionists are friendly but are seldom present. When I stay eyes there they informed me that our rooms were to be transferred in the morning. When we went to transfer rooms the receptionist wasn’t there, and we had to wait 15 minutes till she arrived, only to be given keys to one bedroom. Our belongings in the second bedroom were transferred while we were out from one room to another without our consent or our knowledge. Even though they had more than one way to reach us. Worst experience ever!!! Will never come back here again!
