Google Bad Review 1: Very bad, uncomfortable experience. Avoid this salon, the staff is rude and the atmosphere unpleasant. I was booked at 9:15 am for a Keratin treatment with Elena. Sadly, she was unwelcoming, not professional and so unhappy to work. She angrily said I was late when indeed I was 10 minutes early. The receptionist had booked me for 9:15am but Elena thought I was booked for 9am. Big deal! One could already feel the drama and the heavy atmosphere in the salon among the staff; I should have left right away. Instead, I sat down frustrated and unrelaxed for my shampoo which was useless, as much too soft to clean effectively.
Last but not the least, the price (expensive) for my Keratin treatment was changed in the middle of the treatment ( £20 more). Her explanation was not credible at all, supposedly my hair is thicker and longer than what she had thought initially. When I complained that this is not correct, Elena left me and went to argue with the receptionist and her boss as to why the price should be higher. I could not believe it! Drama and politics in front of the customers. Believe me or not, the boss asked me to pay the higher price at the end. This is not a way to run a business.
It was my first time but I won't go back for sure!
