Google Bad Review 1: I had a horrible experience at Beauty Box.I would give zero star if that would be possible. Receptionist started doing my nails constantly going away from the chair taking payments and making bookings. Suddenly another person started doing my nails, which seemed rushed and went away to another client. The receptionist came back again to finish my nails. In the end I did not get the nails I wanted, I came with a picture of what I want, but got out with their idea as it seemed receptionist did not want me to have that look, polish was not applied nicely, nail filer was dirty, had someone elses nail polish on it, padding for the hands & UV Nail Lamp dirty. Receptionist was wearing gloves all visit, disappearing and appearing with the same pair, applying hand cream with them was unpleasant, rough and rushed. I am disappointed and would not advise to anyone to do their nails in this place. I am disgusted by how I was treated.

Google Bad Review (2): I have been coming here for over two years and they have always been kind, helpful and customer friendly. However, a few weeks ago, Beautybox forgot to plan in my appointment twice. Then, when they removed my gellak nails, they rushed this, didn't properly remove it, left all the dust on my nails and even left some polish on my nails. When I complaint that they normally don't do it like this, the employee said I could always call the manager to complain but nothing was resolved.
Bad answer, bad way of treating your customers and I won't come back for sure!
