Google Bad Review 1: Came here to enjoy a spot of lunch in the lounge – worst restaurant experience ever. Even 1-star is too high a rating. Onion soup was cold and incredibly salty, chips cold, the most stale,hard sandwiches I have ever touched, incorrect orders brought out (as made by “chef”), took over an hour for simple food to arrive. Bar staff very nice, and were extremely apologetic, but I won’t be coming back here. A member of the party was diabetic and had taken his insulin, with the one-hour wait and inedible food resulting in a hypoglycaemic attack. Absolutely diabolical.

Google Bad Review (2): Unfortunately NOT SAFE. I left my iPhone and headphones in the gym locker. The locker was physically broken into and my items stolen. Hotel owner was not helpful at all, and relied on the caveat that “items are left at your own risk” posted on the changing room wall.
Whilst I can guarantee he will respond to this and say they did try to find the items (and new measures were taken to ensure this doesn't happen in future); in reality, limited effort was given to find the stolen goods in my situation and 0 compensation given. Police were also mentioning to me that they were awaiting further information from them and “chasing them”. I had to phone every week to request an update and ask them to give information to the police, they simply didn't care. And it says a lot about how they treat their guests.
Realise the police cant do anything without concrete evidence of someone physically taking a phone, but the lack of care from the hotel towards their guests was appalling. I'd expect to be able to leave possessions in a hotel like Hilton and not have the locker broken into. Though unfortunately that's not the case here.
Please avoid, it's likely the residents in the area who dont stay at the hotels are thieves to the guests. No matter what measures they will claim to have been taken after the incident (which also have no benefit to me with my goods stolen months later), these are the people you will ultimately be sharing your facilities with and the risk you will be exposed to.
