Google Bad Review 1: I am a landlord myself for a property that Leader Bromley was managed…I am having such a bad service .. my property was badly damaged and was only knew that a month ago. It was terrible that I had to do all the legal works and no advice or help from the agent. Also, they had put the cost of damange to me all these years while the tenants were damaging the property. I have raised a complaint to the head quarter and will take it further to the ARLA if they don't resolver this with me internally (which I really don't think they will)
My advice – don't go near this agent either you are landlord or tenants. I wil be grateful if anyone can give me an advice on a good property agent in the area.

Google Bad Review (2): Very dissapointing estate agents, dont waste your time with them at all! We called and enquired about a property and they said theyd get back to us. They have our mobile number and email but have not been in touch at all. They dont even give you a courtasy call to let you know whats going on (like working on contacting the landlord) or send you an email to let you know what properties they have available to let. We feel brushed off and like they are not trying to find us a property but rather mocking us and our budget. I spoke to two different agents neither of which have been in touch. The property is available in April but as it's not one that will add to their current targets I guess we are not important enough for them to contact us or send us a list of properties. Utterly useless and you feel like a target rather then a person. Don't bother!
