Google Good Review: I cannot recommend training with Hayley enough. I’ve always been quite active with cardio, but never confident with weights in the gym. Turns out I just didn’t really know what I was doing, but Hayley has taught me techniques and exercises I never knew existed and I’ve loved every minute. Each session is different, but builds on the last, so you leave feeling stronger, and super happy after a big endorphins rush!

FB Last Post Text: Busy morning mini meal (snack). I don’t usually snack because I’d much rather have three good sized balanced meals because I feel better on this – I find it helps to balance my blood sugars and therefore keeps me feeling energised throughout the day (no sugar spikes and therefore sugar lows throughout the afternoon). HOWEVER today I’ve broken my rules because I’ve had an active and busy morning and also why not! I like to break the ‘rules’ a bit because I think your lifestyl…e needs to be sustainable – it’s the nature of the concept. We also need to listen to our bodies… not every day is the same, our energy output is different and our hormones vary. BUT by having the tools to break your, not so ridged rules, you allow yourself flexibility. Sometimes we really really break the rules too when nothing but a chocolate muffin or a croissant will suffice, and honestly those moments become few and far between when you are giving yourself what you need -which means you really really do enjoy them when they come round. And so you should! So today I’ve opted for the most balanced thing I could get my hands on in the house ensuring I have some fats and protein with my strawberries to curb the sugar hit!
