On November 12 2021 Beneficiary was changed on line by family member his son/daughter law/ex wife(fraud). He was then taken of life support he passed away November 22 2021. ERSGA made it easy to upload documents through online portal. Mr. Johnson was on life support for 63 days ICU Emory Hospital Clifton road. 09/09/2021 to 11/22/2021
