Google Bad Review 1: Very disorganised and don’t have their customers best interest at heart. Takes them ages to arrange a viewing ( after passing you around to number of staff) then they don’t turn up for the viewing. Very poor customer service and communication. Have no respect for their customers and don’t keep their arrangements with customers . We waited for 35 minutes outside a house for a viewing that we had arranged in advance but the agent (Shahed/Shad) didn’t show up, or even didn’t bother to contact us. we kept calling the office and emailed them nobody answered! unacceptable and unprofessional! How sellers and buyers can trust such a company.
You guys should really review your standards and up your game in this very competitive market.

Google Bad Review (2): Very pushy agents. It must be company protocol to first get the client to talk to their finance broker then arrange a viewing. Although I kept telling the guy that I don't need one he kept pushing so in the end I hang up the phone. Seriously, you need to reconsider your selling strategy. I am keeping away from them
