Google Bad Review 1: I sent an inquiry two weeks ago, and no one responded to my email at all.
When I called, Mr Ali K was on the phone who started shouting very unprofessional meaner seeing that he cannot evacuate people from an insecure place; he does not have the power while nobody asked him to do that. I thought I was calling a professional solicitor who can advise me on how I can help my loved one who needs depart help.
He was vulgar, insensible, inhuman.
And he cut off the telephone line when I said, please do not teach me what is in your power or not.
He was unable to listen to me. I am just shocked how a solicitor does not have the ability to listen which is fundamental to their profession.
I am speechless, and I will complain to the solicitors association about him as he hurt me with his inhuman and non-sensible attitude. He could not realise why people needed to contact a solicitor.
