Google Bad Review 1: Rude. Terrible agency. They will treat you like you’re nothing. Not help with anything. And make it out like you’re the crazy one.
They will refuse to do any job, you have to do the works yourself. They will ignore your phone calls and emails and when you hound them down they make it out like you’re harassing them and that they didn’t receive your emails. Lies. They are absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs. I can’t wait until I move because they do not care about you at all. Avoid avoid avoid.

Google Bad Review (2): If you want you mental clarity and money back DO NOT RENT with this agency. They always reply very late, they only bother about taking money from you, and they charge for everything in an extremely frustrating way which is pretty much a scam. At the end of the tenancy we have been charged for things like “scuffs” and “marks” on the walls and when we complained, their reply was something like “it is your fault you did not take every single inch of your walls super zoomed photos”. They charged like £5 for having to remove a bin from the toilet and in general they tried to take money from everywhere. Not to mention that the flat was not by any chance in a good condition when i moved in. The previous tenant has been charged for using blue tac on the wall, but obviously they never repaired it while i was staying in the property. They sent the deposit back after more than a month, which I guess I should expect it as they were extremely slow when they were wrapping the contract at the beginning of the tenancy. Their excuse all the time is that they are busy. Well If you cannot provide proper services, then don't provide them at all. Before I moved in, I though that all these bad reviews were just unjustified, however I can totally understand now why the have this score. I've been renting in London for the last 5 years and I've never experienced anything like that from a letting agency. Stay away from them!
