Google Bad Review 1: STAY AWAY.
I live at the Observatory in New southgate and contacted these guys as they are the property maintenance company of the building due to not having hot water for days, they promised they had got someone to fix it and will send someone to knock on the door to make sure they have it resolved.
We are now 7 days with no hot water in the whole build multiple flats during lockdown with no way to have a shower or clean dishes.
They have been a disgrace to work with from start to finish.
DO NOT HIRE THEM.

Google Bad Review (2): This company is TERRIBLE, they manage the property I've been living in for the last five years and even after telling them about a dangerous mould problem and leaking roof they've done nothing, and i told them about this 19 months ago… they ignore emails and the staff are obviously under qualified while management are crooks.
