Google Bad Review 1: Emailed order in several days before, for pick-up at a specific time. Confirmed order and timing the day before, and arrived to find the order not even started because they were ‘too busy.' When I asked why they hadn't called to let me know, they just repeated crossly that they were too busy to call. This was not the first, but the second time I had experienced such poor service (as after the first time I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt as it's my local print shop). What a shame to have this kind of service from a local business I wanted to support with my custom. It's this kind of disrespect for the time and money of the customer that leads to a review like this.

Google Bad Review (2): People with no ethics or professionalism wanting to charge me for black and white pages worth coloring because the employee said it would be hard work. That is, for her to work less I have to pay more. The most disappointing thing is that the owner was also in agreement with her. Absolutely ridiculous because a situation was created in which the customer was worthless since the employee's time was precious without taking into account that the customer is the one who pays both. A real nonsense.
Everything is extremely expensive over there.
