Google Bad Review 1: Reading the reviews I thought I would give this a try never again the food was not what I expected and I don’t think I will be using them again I’ve chucked the food away the kids couldn’t even eat it wasn’t one bit happy

Google Bad Review (2): Ordered via just eat yesterday, waited over two and a half hours for the pizza and it never arrived, called them multiple times, they apologized and said it wa on its way several times, then they claimed the driver has delivered the pizza, I asked how could that be as I haven't received anything, they said they would find out more and call back, they didn't call back so I did, same claim made again, I asked how can they be, who let them into the building, which floor did they go to, who did they give the pizza too, they didn't answer and again said they would find out and call me back, they didn't call back so I tried to get in touch several times again but they didn't answer. I had to end up getting McDonald's ordered. Complete shambles for customer service, no attempt made what so ever to rectify the issue at hand and then completed blanked my calls at the end.
