Google Bad Review 1: It’s started so well with Charlotte, she gave a lengthy pitch and felt really engaged in our new holiday business. We paid for a complete start up communications strategy and adverts and were really dissatisfied with the end result.
The report was full of typos, contained copy and paste recommendations from another company and included completely irrelevant suggestions for our budget (like tv advertising).
The adverts themselves were so poorly produced that we ended up abandoning them altogether and did it ourselves. Eg. We were selling mountain holidays and her adverts contained imagery of beaches. It would have been better had she told us to get a professional graphic designer to do the job properly from the start.
We did have lengthy and good telephone explications of the marketing process. But sadly the standard of the written and graphical work was not up to the same standard.
