Johnathan called me back to follow up and unfortunately his response escalated to being arrogant and rude to the point I had to abruptly end the conversation. He exclaimed to consider themselves “experts” and thought no end of himself.
I don't know why humility is so badly lacking with this agency and if this is a common problem occurring elsewhere but it is disgraceful.
