Google Bad Review (2): Been waiting over 6 months now to get our loft conversion finished and we're still waiting! No sign of Richard or any other workman and they're not replying to calls/emails. Bitterly disappointed with the service and outcome. A catalogue of errors ending with unfinished bannisters and a shower you can't stand up in.
