Google Bad Review (2): Dreadful handling of our late mothers estate. No personal contact, no progress updates, no phone calls just round and round in circles emailing the same questions time and time again. They don't even acknowledge receipt of your replies. We are months and months down the line after mum died, and have no idea of where we stand, and dread to think what this terrible service is costing. Very upsetting when we just want to move on with our lives, and put our mothers affairs to rest. Please please do not put yourselves through the same.
