Google Bad Review (2): It was over 11 months ago that I first got in contact with AMV Law regarding a bike collision and a life altering injury that was sustained.
At the very start it was promising. They took my claim on and said they were confident. The response times were quick and it looked like I had chosen the right firm for my claim.
Now, I have to send multiple emails over a few weeks to get a reply. I haven't heard from them for 8 weeks now having sent Fatih Gokoklu two emails in this time.
He claims to have sent the written notice to the defendant to 3 wrong addresses now, this is having waited 90 days between each one for the defendant to reply. That is 270 days of waiting having sent the letter to wrong addresses.
If they have given up on my claim, all I ask is that they are honest with me so I can go elsewhere. Instead, they seem to be going to ground and purposely not replying.
Hence this negative review.
Certainly not impressed and definitely wouldn't recommend.
