Google Bad Review (2): We bought timber flooring from this shop, the colour name I think is Alumina. We were assured that this floor is compatible with the underfloor heating. Well we found out after 3 months of using the heating that it is not. The floor changes the colour and becomes greenish under the rugs and furniture as it is getting too hot and the floor has a “reactive stain” that we were not warned about. When we found out about the colour change we called the company and they were very evasive; they sent one of their representatives once to see our floor and then they disappeared, they were not returning our phone calls and ignoring our emails. Very poor quality, very unprofessional! Do not buy their timber flooring if you have underfloor heating!
