Google Bad Review 1: Had a failed MOT test from this garage a week after having my car inspected by another garage I had the car serviced at. The car failed the MOT because both the front suspension springs were broken. This garage was recommended by the garage that serviced my car.
I had not driven that much for the week so it is very strange that a car I had for 6 months suddenly needed more repairs a week after having an assessment by the referring garage. Both garages suggested the break was recent. However, I am the only person who drives my car and did not drive much that week and definitely did not drive any different to the last 6 months.
Moreover, the garage that serviced the car suggested it would pass the MOT as they had looked over it. They must have done, to find a problem I had not brought the car in for and which I allowed them to fix at the cost of a few hundred pounds.

Google Bad Review (2): Had a very bad experience with this garage. Sent my car in because it would not start. They changed the battery and charged me £215, would have been more if I did not pay cash. They assured me everything was fine. I took the car out and got stranded with the same fault, AA came out and changed the faulty sensor on the spot for only £40. I lost time and money, very sloppy work.
