Google Bad Review 1: The jewellery might be ok and ethically handmade – freelance employees are certainly not treated ethically and fair. Did not receice my money :-(.

Google Bad Review (2): I bought a ring from this shop. I told the owner I felt it was too big. She disagreed and I said ok let me see. I came back the very next day and asked for a smaller size. She said they only had 2 sizes smaller. I told her it’s too tight. But again she told me no it is fine and gave it a little tug. Again went on my way. Took the ring off within an hour and took it back.
I asked if she can find my size. First she told me she is busy and I must come another day. I said I was happy to wait.
They didn’t have my size. I asked if I could get it on the website – same thing. No sorry we don’t have the ring in your size.
I asked for a refund and she refused. Saying it’s her policy and I will only get store credit. She was so rude and dismissive.
The worst part about it was. She looked me up
And down and said I knew I was going to have a problem with you (for context i have tattoos) she made me feel bad about myself. Will never go there again. I ended up taking a different ring just to use the credit and never go back again
