Google Bad Review (2): Firstly, I saw the sale rings from display so wanna have a look, it wasn’t too busy at that time because its weekday noon time, so only takes me 10mins for the queues, then one blonde hair girl serve me, she asked do I know my ring size, and whats my budget. I told her that I dont know my size and I got no budget limit. Then she ask me to try the size first and tell me I only have two sale rings choice of my size.
But I wanna try the one I saw from display and one diamond ring which she said wasn't my size, but I asked to have a try, its fit in my middle finger when I tried. she told me that is 14k gold with real diamond and is expensive. I do interest it but I also wanna know the the price and diamond details, so I asked her to find out how much is it.
After few minute and she come back to tell me about the price and its around £3xx (For diamond ring is super cheap honestly). She face showed look down to me, so I said I’ll think about it, then she whispering that I wasting her time.
(Honestly, I only takes her less then 5 mins serves including waiting her come back for the price and I queued 10 mins before I served)
I never have this kind of customer serve before. It’s make me very disappointed and I wouldn’t go back to shop again.
*I don’t think I need to dress up with make up when I shop in local shopping mall after gym if it does make the service standard different.
