Google Bad Review (2): Got a bike service here and would not recommend! They cut through my bike lock which was attached to the frame (I had a key!) When I complained about it the guy was so rude, and just kept telling me he was ‘really angry' that I was complaining. Eventually he gave me a new lock for free which I appreciated, which he opened prior to giving to me. Then I went to unlock my bike and the key was faulty (was dirty and bent so blatantly not the right one!) Went back in to try and get it resolved and again he was rude, kept saying how angry he was (maybe he has anger issues!?) saying I must enjoy coming in to argue with him! I spent all afternoon yesterday cutting through a Kryptonite lock, and after telling them I'd report them to Trading Standards he eventually called me to offer me a new lock. I declined, can't think of anything worse than another trip here! Overall, rude staff and poor customer service!
