Google Bad Review 1: This firm of insurance brokers handles a block account for indemnity for my professional organisation. The invitation for renewal arrived late, after the policy had theoretically lapsed. Renewal was invited by sending a cheque. After a telephone call, they agreed to a bank transfer. They did not however provide details of the bank account. Instead, one month later, they sent a reminder for renewal, even though the proposal form had been completed and sent. It took a telephone call and a further reminder to get the bank details. Once paid, I requested a receipt, together with confirmation that cover would be continuous. Notwithstanding the delay which had been occasioned by the brokers, to date I have received no reply. This firm worries me. If they are as dilatory as this in taking my money, what will happen if I need to make a claim? I hate to think!
