Google Bad Review 1: Thet totally missed a huge crack in foundation with mold. They didn't do a thermal reading of the walls whatsoever. And I have to now rip everything out and put thousands and thousands in basement alone. I'm fine with everything else they told me but they should have mentioned mold and did not or asbestos in the basement. Not impressed.

Google Bad Review (2): Absolute joke of inspectors and company. Couldn't find the second access to the attic even though it was right next to a wiring issue noted on the report. Claimed exterior lights didn't work, when infact they are motion lights that don't work during the day. Claimed deadbolts didn't work when they are just installed upside-down (doesn't take an engineering degree to figure that out.) This is just the tip of the iceberg! Pointed out false information and blew things out of proportion to the point sellers backed out. It's a 50 year old house, I understand it's their job to point out issues, but when it's so exaggerated that you might as well light the house on fire seems pretty excessive!
