Google Bad Review 1: Wanted to find someone to repair our roof. Was encouraged by this company’s good rating on google and their website says they offer no obligation quotations. However, when we called to ask if they could come and give us a quote they said they would charge £3500 to come and look at the roof. They mystifyingly objected to the idea that we would want a quote before contracting them and were really rude about it. Strange, but am now just grateful we have escaped employing them as they seem like they’d be awful to deal with based on this.
