Google Bad Review 1: Have used Trinity twice now and found Tyler Rushbrook to be very unresponsive. He will not offer the best rates, as both times I found a lower rate myself using MoneySuperMarket. I did notice the commission paid to Trinity for the ones he offered tended to be higher, hence why he offered them. People naive to mortgages won't realise this.
This time when I told him about a lower rate offered by Cambridge Building Society, he just stopped responding completely. Decided to go directly with them instead. I want to thank Tyler for helping me realise it is easier to find a mortgage yourself using comparison website and going directly with the provider.
