Google Bad Review 1: The first time I went I had a great experience. They were very welcoming and attentive with high quality haircuts and a good customer experience. However, the 2nd time I went I unsatisfied with the quality of my haircut with the barber averting their attention elsewhere during the cut and also seemed to have a poor attitude whilst rushing the haircut. I probably spent 15 minutes waiting and 8 minutes on the haircut. Overall, I'd say I wasn't pleased with the 2nd experience. If they improve their consistency in attitude and attentiveness, I would be inclined to go again.
