Google Bad Review 1: I'm so disappointed to write this. I loved this salon. They do a great mani, pedi and the beauticians are just lovely lovely women who take such great care of you. But I had a terrible experience recently when I had a misunderstanding regarding my treatment which I was confident we'd resolve quickly in a fashion befitting the salon. It went on for weeks and somehow derailed into me taking a berating on the phone today. I've never ever been spoken to this way before by a company or a person. It was shocking and I hung up the phone incredibly upset. My partner was sat on the sofa and could overhear the yelling and was absolutely shocked I had stayed on the phone as I tried to de-escalate the call, even apologising and asking “what would you like me to do”. I'm afraid to even write this review as I'm sure the response will be nasty. So my two cents are, the beauticians are great as long as you never have an issue that may require some customer service or management involvement. And if you do, be ready to be spoken to like you're not a customer but someone out to ‘fleece' their business. It's all incredibly cheap. Am so so sad to say i'll never be back as I have loved going since it opened. And I will definitely be telling all my local friends about my experience. If management want to talk to me on the phone in a polite manner regarding this horrible phone call I received today then by all means, but I won't be spoken to again the way I was today.

Google Bad Review (2): My husband lost all his money on a mani pedi gift card which I wasn't able to use after the covid lockdowns. Staff was rude and unhelpful each time I called to try and redeem it. When I tried to book it after the first lockdown apparently all the slots were booked for at least 3 weeks and as I was going away I asked if it would be possible to do it at later time. Shortly after that we go into another lockdown and as soon as we come out of it I try and rebook it. They told me they had already done all their gift cards and that I was too late, despite have tried to book it several times. They said to email them via their website so they could ‘investigate' and their email wasn't even working so my email never went through. Terrible costumer service and fair amount of money and time lost.
