Google Bad Review 1: Worst customer service. Would not recommend.
I had an appointment for a wash and blow dry at 1030am and arrived on time. After he started washing my hair, another lady came in (around 1040) and said she had an appt at 11am. The guy who was washing my hair says that I am 30 minutes late for my appointment (I definitely booked my appointment for 1030 and not 10am). Let’s say I made the mistake and came at 1030 when the appointment was booked at 10, then the guy should not have started washing my hair and should have told me right as I walked in. Absolutely terrible customer service. I walked in with beautifully DRY hair and left with soaking wet hair

Google Bad Review (2): As someone who lacks knowedge in hair coloring, I went to Gusto to tone my hair. The hair stylist who did my hair knew I needed something cooler more ash toned, instead she recommended another color and said this would be better. Here I am a month or two later, with hair I now know was subjected to a high level of peroxide and I have to deal with hair so fried it's breaking left and right. Save yourself the time and do not go here for anything but a cut or blowout. Would not recommend.

Google Good Review: Martinio one of the stylists at Gusto is something to behold, a master with colours. Been going to Gusto for years and I love the vibes and the balayage skill levels are the best I've seen in London
