Google Bad Review 1: Bad experience. The lady didnt even know how to do nails! She didn’t even know how to use the nail file. My appointment was with a lady who left the salon. I haven’t been informed about this. She asked me if I liked the shape she did, and told her to fix the corners as I wanted rounded edges and her response was “all of them?”!! A different lady had to stop what she was doing to show her how to use the nail file. Also colour totally different with the one I chose. I left and my nails were sticky. This is so bad as my first experience at this salon was awesome. So unfortunate as the customer service is great.

Google Bad Review (2): Unfortunately this was the worst nail experience I've ever had. For the total of £33 (the most I've paid for a shellac manicure) it was stated that shaping was included. When requesting to simply even out/straighten my nail shape, the lady told me that she was not a nail technician, she was a beautician and was not trained in shaping nails but would simply go over the shape already present-I'm thinking what am I paying for then? She ended up changing my nail shape completely, filing down so much that my nails were short :(. The shape was curved and ugly unlike the coffin shape I had come in with and so I HAD TO FILE MY NAIL BACK INTO A DECENT SHAPE MYSELF. The only reason I didn't walk out was because I had a wedding celebration to go to and wanted something on my nails. I feel robbed to be honest, that I paid that much only for me to be filing my nails myself!! You should state clearly in your pricelist that the beautician is not trained in shaping (will only go over your previous shape…but the shape will change anyway )and also lower the price…otherwise you are literally tricking people. I could have at least been offered money off as the rest of the treatment was ok.
