Google Bad Review 1: It was meant to be a tidy up to help through the growing out stage. I ended up with a lopsided mullet, with one side cut much more severely than the other. I didn’t want to go into town and wanted to support local. Lesson learnt. I will now have to get it all chopped off and start again. What a waste of time and money. Beyond disappointed.
**I came in on Friday. I have now booked an appointment on Monday in town as I’m afraid I won’t be back.

Google Bad Review (2): Such a lovely concept and the staff were amazing – first visit and so friendly and welcoming. I loved the staff so much that I didn't feel able to tell them how upset I was with the end result. I paid rather a lot of money (which is a big deal for me – my colour of the summer for my birthday, a wedding I'm attending and my holiday!) for a full head of highlights, spending 4 hours in the salon and I don't feel like my hair looks any different at all. No one has noticed my hair has been dyed and tbh, it really doesn't look like it has. So far from what I was imagining, especially after so long in the chair! I was also really disappointed that the price didn't include a cut as I've never experienced this before and also I only had a “rough dry” (this may be my fault as I only booked on the day but my first time walking out of a hairdressers with slightly wet, unstyled and un-trimmed hair! I cannot stress enough how great the staff were but I wouldn't return because of how disappointed I left feeling. So sorry to post this but felt it was important to say how I felt. xx
