Google Bad Review 1: I feel so sorry for the staff that have to clean up Housing for Women buildings in Deptford. Every week, if & when staff attended, they have to pick up ripped bin bags off the ground. Our buildings are degrading and humiliating because management of H4W have allowed tenants to behave worse than animals, who have no respect, no dignity or manners. JA should show their staff more respect instead of letting them get the blame for the dirty state of our buildings. We have had 5 plus caretakers who have all quit within weeks, in disgust of the working conditions here. We have had countless, too many to count, cleaning contractors who end up quitting due to health and safety issues & hazards. Your staff should be your priority, they are human beings, not robots. Don’t be surprised if your staff get injured or ill following their unfortunate visit to our death trap buildings. You clearly do not care about your staff and only care about the money you make.

Google Bad Review (2): Poor performing company, employees don't know the difference between weeds and plants, no attention to detail. When I wrote to the company via their website they never responded. Why they exist is beyond me.
If this company's going to supply workers on site, why on earth don't they get them to do the job properly, surely they have someone who knows the difference between high and low standards.
I thought these guys would improve with time but no, they still need proper supervision, with all the leaves falling from the trees they are now going round with their leaf blowers, unfortunately without being trained on how to use them, as today I watched in horror as they blow leaves onto my cars and probably everyone else's, it's not only leaves that's being blown up it's all the other debris that's mixed in with them, they can do a lot of damage to our cars with their equipment, but they just carry on without a care in the world. If my cars do get damaged, they will be paying for a respray plus costs.

Google Good Review: They love wet floor signs, they always have them on the street. Pull up, quick mop and dust then away again. These guys must be so busy but still attend to HSE.
