Google Bad Review 1: Landlords beware. We had a terrible experience with the management services. We received a notice from the council due to the issues in the flat not being fixed. The 2 year tenancy ended at 5 months as the tenants were extremely unhappy with the management service. They still charged the full year letting fees despite it being their fault that the tenancy ended early. High turnover with shoddy management service being handled from a central office that has never seen the flat. Please stay away!
