Google Bad Review 1: Staff nice as pie when they rented to me, 4 weeks later they told me I'd incurred a bus lane ticket and guess what? Enterprise pay the ticket for you and charge you £35 for the privilige. No evidence was given that I even had the bus lane ticket, just a letter with a phone number of the tickets department. I often contest tickets as they are frequently issued incorrectly and overzealously. I rang the number on the letter a few times trying to get through so I could ask for the bus lane ticket which I never even saw (and Enterprise could of course have made up) and would have contested. There was no answer and everytime I called the line went dead after about 20 mins on hold. Hmmm could it be that Enterprise don't want you to contest the tickets.
Basically Enterprise, despite their adverts claiming great customer service have just found another way to fleece us regular car renters. I mean £35 to pay a parking ticket – come on! Ironically their adverts boast US style customer service. I've hired about 4 cars in the US this year and been fleeced over there by hire firms worse than the UK.
Dont use them. Thrifty in Richmond a better option.

Google Bad Review (2): Worst staff ever. Rude, lazy, dishonest. They were unable to transfer simple booking. They promised me to give me ring back in 10-15 minutes, but did not get call hours later. I had to call central office to solve.
