Google Bad Review 1: Paid £730 to lay new turf and got a mud patch instead. Don’t use them. Money wasted, unresponsive rude staff. Appalling, dismissive attitude to work, professional standards, customer service. A real ‘take the money and run’ bunch of operators.

Google Bad Review (2): I am planning to pave my garden and change some new fences. After seeing positive reviews about this service on Google I called this person but no one was answering. It’s a cellphone number so I left a text message. The person read my message and didn’t reply. However he called back and said he missed a call from me so I told him I was planning to change my garden and he just hung up.
It’s very rude and unprofessional! If you don’t have time for a new project you can’t even bother to say a sentence, like “sorry I am not available”?! It clearly shows how unprofessional and irrisponsible this service is in my opinion.
