Google Bad Review 1: I booked online when I checked I could use my employer's voucher. When I went there i was attended fast but it turns out the voucher didn't cover the exam so I have to pay an extra 10£ even though when I booked it said so. That should have been my first red flag, I should have brought my business somewhere else. After the exam, the lady asked me things like do you drive? Which i answer yes, because I own a driver license but I don't drive usually, I don't own any car or bike or anything. Turns out that even though I work 8 hours a day in front of a computer because I said I can drive I'm not able to receive the glasses voucher as it wouldn't be for work only… I found this very malicious. Also the way that she automatically push for the sell of some glasses that I needed even though I have less than a diopter on everything. I ended up asking a second opinion who told me that I very likely don't need glasses except if I feel headache after working so long in front of a computer. Which is why this voucher exists on the first place.
I will never come back here and I regret giving them any money at all.
